LaShaunda is a 2+ year breast cancer survivor. After navigating her own diagnosis and cancer journey, she became a mentor and coach to those recently diagnosed. LaShaunda is an empowering spirit to everyone she comes across and a shining light to all people on the same journey. She stands firm to her beliefs on hope & faith every day.
Ron’s wife, Nicole, was 34 years old when she found out she had breast cancer. At that moment he realized he had to navigate being a father of both their 4 year old little boy and a support to his wife. They faced the fear of the unknown together and they are so thankful to see how far they’ve have come.
Dr. Suggs is a radiation oncologist at Radiation Oncology of MS at Baptist. After spending time in several healthcare areas during training, she knew radiation oncology was the one! It was her dream job and where she felt lead to make her mark. Dr. Suggs is loved amongst her patients and feels blessed to work in this field every day.
